Lighting note: Spartan front cowls include openings intended for the compatible DoubleTake lighting system, even when no light kit is selected. DoubleTake rear bodies may not include pre-cut taillight openings. Measure and confirm all light locations before cutting or modifying the rear body.

The Deluxe kit can help add equipment commonly required for street-oriented golf carts, but purchasing a light kit does not automatically make a golf cart street legal. Equipment requirements vary by state and municipality.

Installation requires removal of the original Club Car DS front and rear body panels, followed by installation of the Spartan cowl, rear body, and grille. Applicable factory hardware may be reused. Basic mechanical and electrical skills are recommended. Disconnect the golf cart’s battery system before beginning installation. A voltage reducer may be required when installing 12-volt accessories on carts with higher-voltage electrical systems.
