Shipping policy

All items usually ship within 24-48 hours.  If an item is on backorder we will contact you by email within one business day (usually much quicker).

Please note that part availability has continued to be difficult since the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is getting better but continues to be an issue.  Most of our items are in stock but when they are no we have the option to ship direct from some of our suppliers warehouse.  We understand the importance of open communication with our customers which is why we will notify you ASAP if a product is out of stock.  You will then have the option to wait for the item or request a refund.  The Tariff wars are not making this any better either.

Not all of our suppliers allow us the capabilities to tap into their systems "on the fly" inventory levels.  We also sell items locally which makes it sometimes difficult to keep up to date on inventory levels.

If you are concerned about inventory levels please send and email, call or text before placing the order.

 

Specific item information:

Allsports Long Travels are made to order.  2-6 weeks.  Most other Allsports Lifts are in stock and ready to go.

Most Jakes LT's are in stock and ready now.  If not, made to order.  2-5 weeks.
