Refund policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If a product is returned but in used condition or the security film or tags are removed it may no longer be eligible for return. Please review and understand our return policy before making a purchase. 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

All canceled orders on "IN STOCK" items will have 3.9% removed from refund due to processing fees.  Paypal, Shopify and all other processing companies DO NOT refund us these fees.  It's a thing.  Google it.  This is ONLY ON IN STOCK items.  If a backordered item order is canceled, we eat these fees.

RESTOCKING FEE

25% restocking fee on returned items plus buyer has to pay to ship back.  Fee will be waived in certain situations.

All electronics are subject to an inspection before replacement.  If the item has been installed and is defective a replacement item will be issued unless otherwise decided between Golf Carts Modified staff and customer.
