Connect a Navitas TSX3.0 Controller to Your EZGO TXT PDS

The Navitas TSX Harness for EZGO TXT PDS 36V is the vehicle-specific wiring harness required to connect a compatible Navitas TSX3.0 controller to an EZGO TXT equipped with the factory Curtis 1206MX PDS controller system.

Designed specifically for 36V EZGO TXT PDS golf carts, this harness provides the electrical interface between the Navitas controller and the cart's existing vehicle wiring, allowing for a cleaner and more straightforward TSX controller installation without building a custom harness.

Navitas identifies 40-000512 specifically for EZGO PDS 36V applications. Their technical documentation also confirms compatibility with carts using the Curtis 1206MX controller.

Designed for Navitas TSX3.0 Controllers

This harness is used with compatible Navitas TSX3.0 440A and 600A DC motor controllers in EZGO TXT PDS applications.

It is a good replacement or upgrade component when:

  • Installing a Navitas TSX3.0 controller in an EZGO TXT PDS
  • Replacing a damaged or missing Navitas vehicle harness
  • Completing an existing Navitas TSX controller upgrade

Navitas lists both its 440A TSX3.0 controller (10-000766) and 600A TSX3.0 controller (10-000685) as compatible with the EZGO PDS 36V platform when paired with the correct harness.

Important Fitment Information

This harness is specifically for the EZGO TXT PDS 36V / Curtis 1206MX system.

It is not the same harness used for:

  • EZGO TXT DCS 36V – uses Navitas 40-000540
  • EZGO TXT 48V with Curtis 1206HB – uses Navitas 40-000541

 

Because EZGO TXT carts were produced with several different controller systems, we recommend identifying the factory controller before ordering rather than relying on model year alone. Navitas specifically associates part 40-000512 with the PDS 36V configuration.
