Connect a Navitas TSX3.0 Controller to Your Club Car

The Navitas TSX Harness for Club Car 1510/1515 is the vehicle-specific wiring harness designed to connect a compatible Navitas TSX3.0 controller to Club Car electric golf carts equipped with a Curtis 1510 or 1515 controller system.

Designed for compatible Club Car IQ, Precedent, Onward, DS, and Tempo models, this harness provides the electrical interface between the Navitas controller and the cart's existing vehicle wiring. Navitas identifies 40-000542 as the TSX harness for these Club Car applications.

Designed for Navitas TSX3.0 Controllers

This harness is designed for use with compatible Navitas TSX3.0 DC motor controllers, including:

  • Navitas TSX3.0 440A – 10-000766
  • Navitas TSX3.0 600A – 10-000685

 

Both controllers operate on 36V–48V systems, while the 40-000542 harness provides the Club Car-specific connections needed for the Curtis 1510/1515 application.
