Upgrade the ride and off-road capability of your 2001.5–2009 EZGO TXT gas golf cart with a Robin engine using Jake’s Long Travel Lift Kit (16-771). Designed for drivers who want more suspension travel, increased ground clearance and confident handling on uneven terrain, this long-travel suspension upgrade pairs heavy-duty construction with updated, adjustable external-reservoir shocks.

Why Choose Jake’s Long Travel Kit?

  • Updated external-reservoir shocks: Heavy-duty, adjustable shocks allow suspension tuning for a more controlled ride.
  • Long-travel suspension: Increased suspension travel helps the cart handle ruts, bumps and rough trails.
  • Improved clearance and stability: Designed to increase ground clearance and improve control when leaving smooth paths behind.
  • Bolt-on installation: Engineered for installation on compatible EZGO TXT gas carts, with instructions included.
  • Made in the USA: Built with Jake’s heavy-duty suspension components for long-term use.

All items usually ship within 24-48 hours.  If an item is on backorder we will contact you by email within one business day (usually much quicker).

Please note that part availability has continued to be difficult since the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is getting better but continues to be an issue.  Most of our items are in stock but some of the items that are dropshipped do not allow us the capabilities to tap into our suppliers "on the fly" inventory levels.  We also sell items locally which makes it sometimes difficult to keep up to date on inventory levels.

If you are concerned about inventory levels please send and email, call or text before placing the order.
