Weld in plate to convert your 3 bolt steering EZGO cart into a 4 bolt steering cart.  The pre 2002.5 carts have 3 bolt steering with the steering gear box mounted to the frames "firewall".  Those carts can be converted to the 2002.5+ 4 bolt steering where the gear box is mounted to the front axle.  All you need is the new style front suspension and column.  Then you can add this plate to the cart and bolt everything together.
