Modz DC motor warranty policy

One-Year Limited Warranty for MODZ® DC Electric Golf Cart Motors
Warranty Coverage: MODZ® warrants to the original purchaser that the MODZ® DC Electric Golf
Cart Motor (the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
What is Covered:
• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• Issues arising under normal and proper usage
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
3. Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by unauthorized individuals or entities.
4. Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or environmental factors (e.g., water,
fire, or corrosion).
5. Use of the Product for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer.
Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must:
1. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or Order ID).
2. Contact MODZ® Customer Support within the Warranty Period to report the issue.
3. Ship the defective Product to the address provided by MODZ® Customer Support.
MODZ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or its components with new or
refurbished parts. If repair or replacement is not feasible, MODZ may issue a refund equal to the
original purchase price.
Limitations:
1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
2. MODZ’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the
Product.
3. Under no circumstances shall MODZ be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special
damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.
