What size cables do I need?
All of your cables need to be the same size. Battery jumper cables, cables to your controller, solenoid and motor all need to be the same size. Just upgrading your battery jumpers is not enough because the motor can pull more amps than the batteries do.
2AWG
300A systems = 6 AWG cables
400A systems = 4 AWG cables
500A+ systems = 2 AWG cables
Club Car DS series carts with AC kits need to purchase the CLUB CAR SERIES KIT AND YES TO AC KIT.
